Mill Leat is a 14 acre country estate situated in the valley of the river Waldon. Meadows, woodland and half a mile of river border the grounds, which include three acres of lake stocked with rainbow trout from the trout farm on the estate (Children love feeding the fish). The location is obviously a fine choice for anglers and nature lovers. A substantial stone barn has been modernised and converted into three adjoining cottages with ample car parking space alongside.
Ideal location for touring both Dartmoor and Exmoor and just a 30 minute drive from the North Devon and Cornwall coastline including Bude, Clovelly, Hartland and Westward Ho! Five miles from the market town of Holsworthy with indoor swimming pool and sports hall. Village pub with children's room and meals service within a mile.

- Also find Emergency Veterinary Clinics in the area to which you're headed.
- If the pet travels with you, it will retain a sense of identity. However, pets can become frightened and bolt away from you out of open doors and windows. Keep your pet on a leash when outside your car or hotel.
